Returns & Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, returns or exchanges unless there is an error on our behalf.

Should there be an error, we permit exchanges for items of the same price. We request that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. The hair must remain in its original condition and packaging, with the seal unbroken. For public safety and hygiene reasons, items that have been used, brushed, or otherwise altered will not be eligible for exchange. Once your items have been received, we will notify you if it has been accepted or denied.
International Shipping:
Shipping rates for international orders can be calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the destination. Customers should note that they are responsible for any unforeseen customs fees and taxes. Additionally, should there be a potential delay in shipment, orders may require more time to be delivered.
